Exclusive Q&A With : Bollywood actor Arbaaz Khan, starrer in the film 'Jeena Isi Ka Naam Hai' to release in last
Updated on: 27 Jun 2016
Arbaaz Khan returns to the big screen as the main lead with Jeena Isi Ka Naam Hai directed by debutant Keshav Panneriy. He talks about shooting in sub zero temperatures, how he chooses his films and about the latest controversy engulfing his elder brother Salman Khan.
Salman Khan has once again landed in the midst of a controversy after he made an analogy about rape. Do you think he should apologize for this?
I am not answerable to every question on what has happened with Salman - Is Salman is getting married or not? Does he have a girlfriend? What does Salman think? Salman is a 50-year-old man, and he answers the media on his own, he lives life in his own way. I was also asked 'Do you know where Salman is?' I said I have not kept a GPRS on him. I don't have any doubts that whatever Salman said, he didn't have any wrong intention. I feel sometimes we say a few things in a flow. But we should see the intention behind it. If I say, 'I have worked like a donkey' then animal activists might get upset. If you get oversensitive, it can create a mess. I am sure Salman must have realised that the comparison he made was not really appropriate. If he feels there is a need to apologise, he will apologise. But I don't think I am entitled to make a comment and say he has to apologise.
What prompted you to act in Jeena Isi Ka Naam Hai?
