Meet with : Suneel Singh, Yoga Guru talks about the benefits of yoga in day-to-day life

Yoga Guru Suneel Singh is one of the first yoga gurus in India, who cures his patients by using simple tools like Numerology, Sign, Hasya Yoga and Yoga-Chi. He has authored a book "Yog Se Aryoga Tak" in Hindi, which has also been translated in 12 other regional languages. He has done more than 3000 yoga episodes on leading TV channels in Hindi, English, Punjabi and Bhojpuri. In a candid chat with Yoga Guru Suneel Singh, he talks about the benefits of yoga in day-to-day life. Tell us how did you start practicing and teaching yoga?
I inherited yoga from my grandfather. I used to play cricket in college when I met with an accident and doctor told me that I would be bedridden. That time my grandfather asked me to start practicing yoga and literally it took me 6 months to get back on my feet. I started training under the guidance of late Guru Swami Dhirender Bhramchari ji. I passed a yoga teacher training course 1985 from Mantalai (J&K) with Gold Medal. Since then I have been learning and teaching yoga. How effective is Yoga in the long run and is there a specific time to practice yoga?
